About the artist

Madeleine LePlae (b. 1994, Biarritz, France) completed her BFA at The School of The Art Institute of Chicago and is currently pursuing her MFA at Virginia Commonwealth University. Recent solo exhibitions include Cleaner Gallery and Projects, Chicago (2023); Marvin Gardens, NYC (2023); Yours Truly, Milwaukee (2018). Her work has been included in numerous group exhibitions including Andrew Rafacz Gallery, Chicago (2023), Left Field Gallery, Los Osos, CA (2019), and Baby Blue Gallery, Chicago (2019).
